Everything you need to know about how your order travels from No. 410 to your door — or to our counter for pickup.

Processing & handling

Orders are packed and dispatched from our shop at No. 410 Rue Saint-Pierre in Vieux-Montréal, usually within two business days. During new drops and holidays, please allow a little extra time. You'll get a confirmation email at purchase and a tracking number the moment your order leaves the counter.

Where we ship

We currently ship across Canada and the continental United States. We're not able to ship internationally just yet — if you're outside these regions, email us and we'll see what we can arrange.

Rates & free shipping

Complimentary shipping on every order over $150. Otherwise, a flat rate is calculated at checkout:

Local pickup at the pub	Free

Delivery times

Within Canada, most orders arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. To the continental USA, allow 5–10 business days. These are carrier estimates rather than guarantees, and remote areas can take a little longer.

Duties & taxes

Canadian taxes are calculated at checkout. US orders ship duties-unpaid — any duties, taxes or customs fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Local pickup at the pub

Choose Pick up at the pub at checkout to collect your order free from No. 410 Rue Saint-Pierre during opening hours — usually ready in 2–4 business days. We'll email when it's ready; bring your order confirmation and a piece of ID. Orders are held for 14 days.

Tracking, delays & lost parcels

Every shipment travels with tracking. If your parcel is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the ship date and we'll help track it down or make it right.
